#NotSorry. Bethenny Frankel doesn’t care if you’re upset about her recent Kmart tweets. The Real Housewives of New York City star, 45, told Us Weekly on Tuesday, January 26, that she’s not out to please everyone.
“People don’t always love me. They may even hate me, but they know that I’m telling it direct,” Frankel told Us at her Skinnygirl candy launch in New York City. “I would never be one of those celebrities that just wants to please everybody and wants to say exactly what everybody wants to hear and tiptoes around. If you want to hear my opinion, go on Instagram or Twitter and it’s there. You don’t have to agree with me.” (Real Housewives fans are well aware of Frankel's directness. On a recent episode of RHOBH, Frankel gave newcomer Erika Jayne some unsolicited advice.)
In case you missed it, Frankel, who stepped out at the launch with bright red hair, went on a minirant about Kmart workers on Friday, January 22.
“Wow @Kmart has 2 registers open w 5 other employees standing around & two speak no English whatsoever. Shoes are sapatos right?” the mom of daughter Bryn, 5, wrote, misspelling the Spanish word “zapatos."
“Not even attempting kids' snow boots in spanish,” she added.
