It’s official! Liam Payne changed his profile picture on Instagram to a tiny, sweet shot of him with new girlfriend Cheryl Fernandez-Versini on Sunday, February 28.
As Us Weekly previously reported, the One Direction singer, 22, and the X Factor judge, 32, are an item and are “enjoying” spending time together.
In the Instagram selfie, the couple are pictured lying down together. Payne is shirtless, while Fernandez-Versini wears a striped top and throws up a peace sign across her face.
The hunk also changed his bio on Instagram to simply read, “Happy.”
“[Liam] wanted to be back in a relationship for a while,” a source told Us. “[He] never liked the whole random hookup thing.”
The duo first met when the singer auditioned for The X Factor in 2008, at the age of 14. Payne separated from longtime girlfriend Sophia Smith in October 2015. Fernandez-Versini is in the middle of a divorce from Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini, who she secretly wed in July 2014.
