Williams, who is the first to come forward with such claims, is requesting a DNA test.

CBS, citing court documents, reports that his mother, Marsha Henson, said in a statement she had unprotected sex with the “Purple Rain” singer at a hotel in Kansas City back in July 1976.

Anticipating such claims, a Minnesota judge on Friday, May 6, authorized the use of Prince’s blood for DNA testing to determine “parentage issues.” A vial of the music icon’s blood was extracted by the Midwest Medical Examiner shortly after his death. His remains have since been cremated.
