Just call her Aunt Kimmie! Kim Kardashian opened up about her brother Rob Kardashian, expecting his first child with Blac Chyna on Tuesday, May 17.
“I mean, it’s so exciting. It’s a really exciting time for him,” Kardashian, 35, told Entertainment Tonight at the de Grisogono party during the Cannes Film Festival. “I think he’ll be the best dad. He’s really just such a good, good person.”
Rob, 29, and Chyna, 28, announced their engagement in April after a couple of months of dating. Us Weekly confirmed earlier this month that they are having a baby. (Chyna is also mom of son King Cairo, 3, with ex-fiancé Tyga. The rapper split from Kylie Jenner a few weeks ago.)
Rob and Chyna’s little one will have plenty of playmates to spend time with. The reality star’s eldest sister, Kourtney Kardashian, and her ex Scott Disick share Mason, 6, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 17 months. Kim and her husband, Kanye West, are parents of North, 2, and Saint, 5 months.
Chyna may be early on in her pregnancy, but Kim is already giving her little brother some parenting advice. “We give him — I think more me — gives him advice and it’s just been a really fun time,” she said, when asked if she and West, 38, have passed down any words of wisdom. “I’m really happy for them.”
As previously reported, Kim played a major role in her famous family accepting Chyna. “She’s always been the peacemaker,” a source told Us. “Rob’s rehabilitation continues to astound the family,” a second source added. “They really believe that it’s all Chyna who is responsible for bringing him back.”
