Making burping babies look glam. John Legend posted a new Instagram pic of wife Chrissy Teigen burping 1-month-old daughter Luna on Wednesday, May 18.
In the pic, Luna looks right into the camera with her big brown eyes and grabs onto her mom’s shoulder with her tiny hands. The infant already has a full head of hair and looks just like her famous parents. Teigen, 30, makes skin-to-skin contact with little Luna as she holds her against her chest. “Burpface,” Legend, 37, captioned the snap.
The infant has already grown so much since the first photo the couple shared just after her birth. The Grammy-winning singer and the supermodel welcomed their first child on April 14. Teigen previously revealed that the couple struggled with infertility and selected Luna’s sex through in-vitro fertilization.
Legend and Teigen have recently been spotted taking their newest addition out and about in NYC. On Monday, May 16, the Cravings cookbook author shared a photo of the “All of Me” singer carrying Luna in a baby carrier on his chest during a walk. “Get it, dilf!!” she joked.
While the couple make it look easy, Teigen opened up about about one difficult part of parenting: mommy shaming. “I used to read mommy blogs like crazy, so I knew mommy shaming was a thing,” she said on Good Morning America earlier this week of being criticized for leaving her 10-day-old baby with a babysitter to go out to dinner. “I mean, we needed a break. We needed to go enjoy each other’s company and be out. We were gone for an hour. We had a good meal together. I think happy mommy, happy daddy, happy baby.”
