It’s almost time for another round of second chances! Us Weekly has the exclusive first trailer for the upcoming third season of the unscripted plastic surgery series Botched, which teases the daunting procedures ahead.
The E! show, focusing on patients who want to undo the damage done by previous procedures, stars plastic surgeons Terry Dubrow, who is married to The Real Housewives of Orange County‘s Heather Dubrow, and Paul Nassif, who divorced The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ Adrienne Maloof in 2012. The new batch of episodes is set to debut on E! in the spring.
The eerie promo shows people covering their faces with their hands as surgeons draw on their skin. Text shown during the video spot reads, “This spring, everybody wants to get their fix.”
Season 2 featured a slew of patients with surprising difficulties, including one woman whose face had been damaged by plastic cement injections.
