Don’t mess with mama. After last week’s drama on Nashville with Deacon (Charles Esten) and Maddie (Lennon Stella) at the bar, Rayna (Connie Britton) takes matters into her own hands and confronts Cash (Jessy Schram) at home, as seen in Us Weekly‘s exclusive sneak peek.
In the clip, Rayna storms Cash’s house looking for Maddie, who has run away from home. “Mind if I come in?” she asks curtly, not waiting for an answer as she goes room to room, calling Maddie’s name. “You telling me you don’t know where she is? She hasn’t reached out to you?”
Cash insists that she hasn’t talked to Maddie since the night at the bar, when Deacon pulled Maddie offstage in the middle of her song and warned Cash to stay away. “Why? What’s going on?” she asks.
“Because she ran away,” Rayna replies. “Now where’d she get an idea like that?”
“Maybe you should ask your husband,” Cash retorts. “Last time I saw her, he was practically dragging her off the stage. I’m surprised nobody even called the cops.”
