Caitlyn Jenner scored herself some pretty swanky new digs! The former Olympian and Keeping Up With the Kardashians costar, 65, spent a cool $3.5 million to nab her own palatial Malibu mansion this spring, and Us Weekly has a peek inside.
The 3,500-square-foot secluded property, which overlooks El Pescador State Beach, boasts 360-degree mountain, ocean, and canyon views, and includes four bedrooms, four baths, and a host of other homey amenities. Among the bells and whistles included on Jenner’s 11-acres? Radiant-heated floors, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a covered patio, and a pool and spa.
Jenner, who will document her recent transition on E!’s miniseries I Am Cait, moved in after upgrading from a $14,500-a-month rental above Malibu’s Broad Beach, according to Variety.
Featured in part on E!’s About Bruce special and serving as the location for her Vanity Fair shoot, Jenner’s new pad will no doubt be put to good use as she hosts dinner parties for pals and gets dolled up in her “glam room.”
In an interview with Diane Sawyer in April, Jenner told the 20/20 anchor what she looked forward to most now that she’s shared her transgender story. “To be able to have my nail polish on long enough that it actually chips off,” she said.
“To be able to wake up in the morning, be yourself, get dressed, get ready to go out, and just be like a normal person. That’s a wonderful feeling to go through life,” she said in Vanity Fair. “I’ve never been able to do that; it’s always been confusion, it’s always been, you know, I’ve got one side [with] boy clothes, the other side’s women’s clothes. It’s like I cleaned the whole closet out — the boys stuff is gone, okay?”
