Ooh baby, baby! Hayden Panettiere showed off her impressive postbaby body in a pair of daisy dukes jean shorts and an unbuttoned top in a new Carl’s Jr. commercial released on Friday, March 25.
In the steamy spot, Panettiere, 26, walks into what looks like an abandoned barn, where several large metal containers of moonshine are a-brewin’.
The Nashville star lights a fire and fills a glass jar full of moonshine to make the unique Midnight Moonshine glaze sauce to top off her burger and sizzling bacon.
“It’s not illegal,” the voice-over says, “but it tastes like it.”
Panettiere has been largely staying out of the spotlight since she sought treatment for postpartum depression last fall, making her first formal red carpet appearance at the Critics’ Choice Awards in January.
The former Heroes actress welcomed her first baby, daughter Kaya, in December 2014 with fiancé Wladimir Klitschko.
As previously reported, Panettiere took medical leave from Nashville during her rehab stay; her character on the popular series, Juliette Barnes, was also battling postpartum depression, a story line that was written before Panettiere revealed her own diagnosis.
