Crikey! Following her November win on Dancing With the Stars, animal activist and dance pro Bindi Irwin returned to her life out of the spotlight. But just last week, Irwin was spotted having some much-needed downtime in Hawaii with her boyfriend, Chandler Powell.
The pair frolicked on the beach as Irwin wore a black bikini top and high-waisted jean shorts. The 17-year-old daughter of Terri and the late Steve Irwin looked stunning and natural as she splashed in the waves.
Later, the couple was spotted passionately kissing as Powell, 19, lifted his love off the sand.
Powell stood by the teen’s side as she went through the rigorous training and performances for DWTS season 21 this past fall. After her November win, the proud boyfriend Instagrammed his support.
“CONGRATULATIONS @bindisueirwin!!!!!” he captioned a photo of his girlfriend. “I’ve never seen anyone work as hard as you have and it all paid off. Three months without taking a single day off! You deserve this.”
After winning the Mirrorball Trophy, Irwin told Us Weekly, “I’m excited to get back into my khakis and be with the animals again.”
