The billionaire and actress first married in 2010 and divorced two years later. They then remarried in 2013, with the Tesla Motors CEO filing for divorce on December 31, 2014. He withdrew that petition seven months later, according to the AP.

The news agency reports that Riley, 30, is citing irreconcilable differences and is seeking spousal support. The two have been living apart for six months, and the split is reportedly amicable.

Though Riley is best known for her acting — she has had roles in Thor: The Dark World, Inception, Pride & Prejudice and other films — she is making her debut as a fiction writer. The English actress is currently working on her first novel, Acts of Love, which is expected to hit shelves in August.

Musk is no stranger to big and small screens. The entrepreneur, who cofounded SpaceX and PayPal, has appeared in Iron Man 2 and The Big Bang Theory as himself, and was also animated for a 2015 episode of The Simpsons.

Musk and Riley do not have any children together. The businessman was previously married to Canadian author Justine Musk from 2000 to 2008. They share six sons, the eldest of whom died of sudden infant death syndrome.
