TFW you don’t have a budget! Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen stepped out in NYC on Wednesday, May 18, toting complementary alligator-skin purses. The retail cost between the pair? Oh, just a cool $70,000.

Mary-Kate, 29, carried her ebony basket-style purse with wide handles, while her twin looped her bag, which boasted circular metal handles, over one shoulder. (And, naturally, both ladies bundled up in their oversized staples.) Though both styles are currently sold out, Mary-Kate’s Two for One 12 Shoulder Bag & Pouch is available in a mustard shade for $42,000. Ashley’s sold for about $30,000, according to The Daily Mail.

The catch, of course, is that both purses are from the designing duo’s award-winning fashion line, The Row. The twins first unveiled the luxury handbag line in 2011, with a backpack retailing for $39,000. In 2012, the label collaborated with Damien Hirst on a 12-piece collection of one-of-a-kind purses decorated with colorful prescription pills. Each of those pieces sold for $55,000, with a portion of the proceeds benefitting UNICEF.

The silver lining? The Olsens do sell some (relatively) more affordable purses, too. A slightly smaller suede version of Mary-Kate’s style can be purchased at Barney’s for $1,990.
