TMI, Kris! Kris Jenner broached a rather uncomfortable topic with her eldest daughter, Kourtney Kardashian, on an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians set to air Sunday, Dec. 13.
“Could I talk to you about something kind of serious?” the 60-year-old momager prefaced her odd question, explaining that she had just gotten back from lunch with her girlfriends. “I pulled out these tampons and they were all flabbergast. They were like, ‘Why do you have tampons in your purse?’ … and they said, ‘How the hell could you be on your period?’”
Jenner explained that she was using an estrogen cream that caused her to menstruate, which led her gal pals to ask if she was on birth control.
“Why in the world at 60 years old would I be on birth control?!” she demands of Kourtney. “I don’t think I can get pregnant. If I am pregnant, I don’t know what I would do!”
The momager is mother to six children — Kourtney, Khloe, Rob, and Kim Kardashian, as well as Kylie and Kendall Jenner. She is also a grandmother to five — Mason, Penelope, and Reign, in addition to North and newest Kardashian clan member, Saint.
Kourtney, 36, remains calm throughout the entire conversation, but grimaces at her mom’s outburst.
“Just call your doctor,” she says. “I’m gonna go feed Reign.”
Jenner then promptly calls her OBGYN, who assures her that she can’t get pregnant, despite her questions about whether she can make eggs — “scrambled? Fried? Poached?”
In a previous preview clip from Sunday night’s episode, daughter Kendall Jenner asked Kris’ boyfriend Corey Gamble what he and her mom do together.
“We do everything… Your mom has a lot of energy,” Gamble responds. “I feel like being with your mom is better than being with any chick my age or younger. I think we do more than you younger girls do. …We have more fun than Kylie with her guy life, I promise.”
The new episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians airs Sunday, Dec. 13, at 8 p.m. ET on E!
