The former Victoria's Secret Angel-turned-fashion photographer went to work and snapped some iPhone photos of her niece Sarah Sophie Sonne. Christensen, 44, looked healthy, confident and toned in her rocking bikini bod; Still, back in 2011, she admitted to The Telegraph, "It's really intimidating to go on the beach in a bikini." Try to eat a little less of the stuff you know will make you look less firm and don't' start two days before you go."

When Christensen is not spending her days looking amazing in the surf, the bronzed beauty, who co-founded Nylon magazine, works as a photographer and is the creative director and face of Helena Christensen for Triumph, her 1940s-inspired boudoir lingerie collection. She also advocates for fellow celebrities subject to body criticism. (In March, Christensen penned an open letter defending Kim Kardashian, who was pregnant at the time, calling the criticism over the reality star's weight, "disgusting" and "despicable.")
