3 Section Condiment Dish: “I love the Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles and the 3-section snack bowl they give you when you have a drink at the bar,” Seo tells Us Weekly. For a more cost-effective A-list home style, Seo recommends Pier 1’s white porcelain version. “This 3 dip bowl is perfect to hold olives, nuts and potato chips just like they did at The Tower! Get a few and distribute them throughout the party space to give people something to munch on.” ($8, pier1.com)

Odor Eliminating Light Bulb: “You’re gonna turn on the lights anyway, so why not choose energy efficient CFL bulbs that actually deodorize the air at the same time?” Seo says, suggesting the Lamps Plus version that emit ions that neutralize odors in kitchens and bathrooms. ($10; lampsplus.com)

Danny Seo Bamboo Cutting Boards: Seo has gifted his celebrity friends Kerry Washington and Ali Larter with his long-lasting kitchen accessory. “The bamboo boards are tough but don’t dull knife blades and the silicone grips in the corner make sure the boards don’t slide around when you’re slicing, dicing and chopping,” Seo tells Us. ($20 at HomeGoods stores)

Apolis and Kinfolk Garden Bag: Handcrafted by an artisan women’s co-op in Bangladesh, this reusable tote is chic and functional, applauds Seo. “The bags are made with really great attention to details like leather handles and nickel rivets. I don’t garden, but the pockets on the side of this tote are perfect to hold bottles of wine and water when you do visit people this holiday season.” ($78, apolisglobal.com)

Yonanas Maker: “In New York, there’s a place called Chloe’s Soft Serve Fruit Co. that makes light as air whipped ‘ice cream’ that is really nothing by frozen fruit. It’s creamy and delicious. This Yonanas machine lets you make it at home with frozen bananas that are whipped into what you really think is ice cream,” says Seo, who prefers his quick and easy dessert made with chocolate chips. ($55; target.com)
