Egg hunts, goodie baskets, and bunnies! Easter is just around the corner, and just like the rest of Us, celebrities have been preparing for the spring holiday. Some of their adorable children are enjoying Good Friday to the fullest, while some have been celebrating by reading Easter-themed tomes.
First up is Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley's 6-year-old daughter Naleigh. Before the Easter Bunny comes, their tot is whipping up something delish in the kitchen — and looks more than happy to help! "Easter prep!!!" Kelley captioned an Instagram photo on Friday, April 3. "Couldn't do it without Naleigh Moon!!!!!"
Like Naleigh, Neil Patrick Harris' 4-year-old twins Harper and Gideon seized the day. The kiddies pulled out their umbrellas (but were all smiles!) as they took on the bustling streets in the Big Apple. "Even though it's raining, the warm weather of NYC makes for a very #GoodFriday," David Burtka's husband captioned an Instagram pic Friday. "Enjoy your weekend!"
The Kardashian families, meanwhile, have been taking part in Easter festivities for the past few weeks. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's daughter, North West, hunted for eggs at a farm on Mar. 30. On Friday, the 21-month-old stopped to "smell the roses" while taking a walk with her famous mom.
As for Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick's love bugs? Mason, 5, Penelope, 2, and Reign, 3 months, were treated to story time on April 2. One of the books they dived into before bedtime was Ollie's Easter Eggs.
Little Reign may be too young to read, but so are two other 4-month-old boys — Zoe Saldana's twins Cy and Bowie. The Avatar actress and husband Marco Perego's cuties will be celebrating their first Easter this weekend. On Friday, she posted a pic of the brothers wearing matching uniforms and doing tummy time.
Someone who's not just relaxing? Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth's 2-year-old son Tennessee. Always up for a game of hide-and-seek, the Wild star's family is spending the holidays on a tropical vacation.
