For The Mindy Project‘s Dr. Mindy Lahiri, working in an office full of male colleagues can be an occupational hazard. As a sneak preview from the Tuesday, Oct. 22 episode shows, the OB/GYN’s workday is turned upside down when new hire Peter (Adam Pally) gets her involved in a NERF gun fight with the guys.
“Let him kill himself so we can all just go home and watch TV,” Mindy (Mindy Kaling) yelps in the clip above as she tries to break free of Peter’s clutches while he holds her “hostage.”
Later, when Mindy attempts to wave the white flag and end the NERF gun war by calling the activity a “hugely dumb waste of time,” Peter can’t help but fire one last shot — right where it hurts!
“Ow! My boobs! You shot my boobs!” Mindy cries, covering her chest. Peter’s response? “Well, once I shot the big one, I had to get the small [breast], too!”
Shaken by Peter’s inappropriate workplace banter, Mindy — who donned a version of Varsity Blues star Ali Larter‘s whipped-cream bikini on The Mindy Project in September — keeps her wits about her. “How dare you!” she fumes. “They’re both huge!”
