Though she’d clearly taken off her ring, Duff, 26, looked upbeat and trendy as ever while out with her adorable son Luca. The “Coming Clean” singer visited a friend’s house and made a trip to the gym.

Duff announced her split from husband of three years Mike Comrie on Friday, Jan. 10, but the couple has since been spotted out together, having a weekend brunch with their 21-month-old son on Sunday, Jan. 12.
“I grew up in people’s living rooms, and so they know me as this little blonde, perfectly-relatable girl. And that’s fine,” the Disney star told The Huffington Post. Duff played the title role on Lizzie McGuire from 2001 to 2004.
In the photo of the couple driving back from the weekend outing, Comrie, 33, didn’t appear to be wearing his ring either.
