No slap on the wrist or time out? Hours after posting bail for his DUI arrest, Justin Bieber joined his father, Jeremy Bieber, for a low-key evening at a rental home in Miami, Fla.

The "Heartbreaker" singer, 19, and his 39-year-old father were photographed spending time together on Thursday, Jan. 23. While Justin placed his head on his dad's shoulder, Jeremy could be seen looking down at his phone. Keeping to themselves, the two were snapped beside a table with several beer bottles on it.

That same day, Jeremy tweeted support for his son. "Love @justinbieber @JazmynBieber @JaxonBieber #reallife," he wrote. On Friday, Jan. 24 he added: "I can protect my kids, but I can't protect them from you and your lies. Believe in the truth not in the lies of the enemy. #reallife."

As previously reported, Bieber was arrested in Miami Beach early Thursday for DUI and drag racing in a rented yellow Lamborghini. He resisted arrest, cursed out the police, and had an expired driver's license. He appeared in bond court — wearing an orange jumpsuit — and was set bail at $2,500: $1,000 for resisting arrest, $1,000 for DUI, and $500 for his expired license. (Justin and his father were spotted together at the bar Set before his arrest Thursday morning, a source confirms to Us Weekly.)

The Canadian entertainer's mother, Patti Mallette, 37, has yet to comment on the incident. As for his manager? Scooter Braun, 32, broke his silence early Friday. "@justinbieber love you and I will act in the manner of someone who truly cares. That is all I have to say. Thanks for all those concerned," the music mogul tweeted. "Been a long day. Bottom line is we are defined by how we handle adversity. Be there when it counts. Love fully in good times and bad."
