Bumpin' under the sun! Elsa Pataky took her growing baby bump to Malibu Beach, Calif. on Sunday, Mar. 9 wearing nothing but a tiny cover-up.
The pregnant-again model, 37, who's currently expecting twins, watched husband Chris Hemsworth surf from a distance. While the Thor actor wore a tight bodysuit for his outdoor excursion, Pataky layered up in a cotton candy blue tank beneath a loose fringe cover-up, which tastefully revealed the star's burgeoning bump. The Spanish star went incognito in a hat and blue shades as she strolled across the sandy landscape without pants.
Pataky's latest look was significantly more casual in contrast to her turquoise sequined Elie Saab couture gown at the 2014 Oscars just one week before. An eyewitness on the red carpet of the 86th Academy Awards told Us Weekly that Pataky's baby bump was "massive" at the 2014 Oscars. According to the insider, Best Supporting Actor winner Jared Leto briefly chatted with the couple upon arrival and took one look at Pataky's bump and quipped, "Crazy."
The beautiful mom to baby India Rose, nearly 22 months, flaunted her pregnant physique in the glittery confection, which was slammed by the Fashion Police the day after the Academy Awards. "It's a horrible dress on her," cohost George Kotsiopoulos said of her look. "It doesn't look like a baby bump, it looks like a beer belly."
Despite the remarks from Joan Rivers and the other hosts, Pataky emerged on Tuesday, Mar. 4, fully embracing her big belly in a funny photo shoot. The Fast & Furious 6 star was photographed wearing tiny red shorts and a matching sports bra during a photo shoot with a life saver painted around her belly button.
As confirmed by Us back in January, the couple is expecting two beautiful babies this spring. Hemsworth, in an interview with Parade magazine last fall, said fatherhood is "the greatest thing [he's] ever been a part of."
"It reminds you of the fascination you had with things, and how you can spend hours just being with someone," the Avengers actor added. "It's amazing."
