A little rocker is on the way! Amy Lee is pregnant with her first child. The Evanescence singer announced the happy news via Twitter on Saturday, Jan. 18.
"Ok I can't keep it a secret anymore-I've been working on a very special new project for 2014-A BABY!" the 32-year-old musician wrote. "Josh and I are expecting! I'm so happy!"
Lee and her husband, New York-based therapist Josh Hartzler, got engaged in January 2007. Four months later, they tied the knot at her family home in Little Rock, Ark.
The "Bring Me to Life" singer hasn't yet revealed if the baby is a boy or a girl, but has luckily kept some old toys handy for the newborn's arrival. Back in October 2011, Lee revealed to Us Weekly in her "25 Things You Don't Know About Me" list that she's collected certain item's over the years.
"I collect Rainbow Brite dolls, Care Bears, and other toys and videos from my childhood," she admitted.
Evanescence split from guitarist John LeCompt and drummer Rocky Gray in 2007. Lee and the band went on, and recently wrapped their third worldwide tour in November 2012.
