For the opening scene, Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington) wears a Marni jacket with a black and white pattern that retails for a cool $1900 on Marni.com. Mellie (Bellamy Young) continues to impress us this season with her colorful style — and this Melinda Eng is our favorite of the episode. The gown retails for $2420 and is available in select Neiman Marcus stores.
