Getting steamy on South Beach! Anne Hathaway and husband Adam Shulman were photographed passionately locking lips in Miami on Sunday, March 9.
The Oscar winner, 31, wearing oxblood bikini bottoms and a white top on the sandy shore of Miami Beach, leaned up to give her shirtless hubby a smooch during the couple’s beachside canoodling session.
Shulman was photographed embracing his wife from behind as he whispered into Hathaway’s ear as the two looked out at the sea. The cute couple also went for a swim, where Hathaway was video-taped bobbing in the ocean and chatting with her husband deep in the waters. The svelte brunette left her long-sleeve shirt on during her swim as Shulman protectively flanked her.
Hathaway has been in town with her jewelry designer husband since last Wednesday, Mar. 5 for the 31st annual Miami International Film Festival. An insider tells Us Weekly that the two lunched outdoors with another couple at Miami hotspot Area 31 on Thursday, March 6.
“They seemed to be fast friends and spent several hours on the 16th floor terrace laughing and enjoying the views,” the eyewitness tells Us. Hathaway kept it healthy at the restaurant by noshing on fresh fresh tacos and drinking sparkling water.
The star attended the world premiere of Elsa & Fred on Saturday, Mar. 8, looking tan and healthy in a printed maxi dress. Hathaway, who has no affiliation with the movie, was simply at the premiere to support pal Shirley MacLaine‘s starring role in the film.
Hathaway will return to the big screen on April 11 — in animated form in Rio 2 — after taking a hiatus following her 2013 Les Miserables win. “My impression is that people needed a break from me,” she said with a laugh in a January 2014 interview. Other upcoming movies featuring Hathaway will include her role as an anthropologist in Song One. She also stars in Don Peyote opposite Josh Duhamel and Topher Grace, and Christopher Nolan‘s Interstellar alongside Matthew McConaughey and Jessica Chastain.
