The picture of a happy family! Though Kelly Rutherford's custody battle with her ex-husband Daniel Giersch is still in full swing, that didn't stop the Gossip Girl star from enjoying every minute with her two kids on Saturday, July 25.
Rutherford, 46, was spotted on the carpet with her son Hermes, 8, daughter Helena, 6, and their dog at the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund's 18th annual Super Saturday NY event in Water Mill, N.Y.
The actress' kids seemed to be having a blast, making funny faces and throwing up peace signs at the QVC and FIJI Water sponsored event.
Meanwhile in court, there was another recent setback in the ongoing legal battle between Hermes and Helena's at-odds parents. On July 23 a judge ruled that Rutherford can no longer fight for custody in the state of California. The original custody ruling was made in Monaco, where Giersch lives.
The exes have been fighting over a custody arrangement for the last six years after Rutherford filed for divorce in 2008.
Hermes and Helena were able to come to New York to live with Rutherford for the summer after she was granted temporary sole custody back in May.
