After arriving on the chilly east coast, the parents of Maxwell, 19 months, and Ace, 4 months, managed to squeeze in some alone time. The engaged couple — seen scouting out some wedding venues in Capri, Italy last month — had dinner at Zebra's Bistro and Wine Bar in Medfield, Mass. on Tuesday, Nov. 26.

"Jessica and her husband looked really happy and sweet together," an insider tells Us about the date night. Simpson, 33, continued to show off her post-baby body in a black top and matching black boots. The former Fashion Star mentor and Johnson, 34, both had a martini while Simpson feasted on a grilled 12 oz grass fed strip loin and the former NFL player had the cast iron pan seared salmon.

"They just talked to each other and looked like they were having a nice dinner," the eyewitness adds. "The chef came out and spoke with them after the meal was done and they were really nice to everyone."
