If only she'd turn around! Ansel Elgort got an unexpected surprise Saturday morning when he caught a woman reading about him in this week's issue of Us Weekly! The Fault In Our Stars actor appeared to be sitting on an airplane at the time during the hilarious incident.
"Well this is awkward…" the 20-year-old up-and-comer joked via Instagram. In the photo, Elgort is in direct view of his This Minute feature while sitting behind the unaware fan.
In the interview, the New York native spoke to Us about his co-star Shailene Woodley, his favorite memory on set of the tearjerker film, and more.
The film adaptation of John Green's bestselling novel earned a whopping $48 million in its first weekend at the box office. Elgort, who also costars with Woodley in Divergent, recently took a photo from set of the saga's sequel, Insurgent, in Atlanta, GA.
"Octavia's last day on #insurgent!" he wrote on June 11, along with a picture of Oscar winner Octavia Spencer. (Elgort plays Woodley's brother in the series, and her love interest in TFIOS. It was announced last month that Spencer would be joining the cast as Johanna.)
