Megan Fox and Michael Bay have made up after their feud.

The ongoing feud between actress Megan Fox and director Michael Bay may finally be over. Fox, 27, who is working with Bay on the upcoming live-action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reboot, recently spoke to Entertainment Weekly about her relationship with the movie maker, whom she once compared to Hitler.

"He was one of the most lovely people that I dealt with in making this movie," Fox told EW. "I've always loved Michael. We've had our battles in the past but even when I've been really outspoken about difficulties we've had, I've always followed up by saying that I have a particular affinity to him."

The major difficulties that they had with one another stemmed from a quote Fox gave to Wonderland Magazine in 2009 about working on the Transformers flicks. "He's like Napoleon and he wants to create this insane, infamous mad-man reputation," Fox said of Bay. "He wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is. So he's a nightmare to work for but when you get him away from set, and he's not in director mode, I kind of really enjoy his personality because he's so awkward, so hopelessly awkward. He has no social skills at all. And it's endearing to watch him."

After Fox's comments, Steven Spielberg reportedly urged Bay to fire the actress from his Transformers movies — a recommendation Bay followed. Model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley nabbed a leading role in Transformers after Fox's departure. As a result, the pair's relationship turned sour with major conflicts taking place over the following months. They seem to have buried the hatchet, however, as they are working peacefully on TMNT, which Bay is producing.

"He can be very vulnerable, and he's very likable and lovable. I've always been very vocal about that as well," Fox continued to EW. "But, sometimes we clash because we both have very willful, powerful personalities."

Fox, who plays the female lead April O'Neil in the action film, is earning her first starring role in a feature film in years. She held a minor role in the Judd Apatow comedy This is 40 in 2012, also making a cameo in the ensemble drama, Friends with Kids
