On the April 6 episode of Lindsay Lohan's OWN docu-series, the actress admitted to relapsing and breaking her sobriety with a glass of wine

Lindsay Lohan is coming clean about getting clean. During the Sunday, April 6, episode of her OWN docu-series, Lindsay, the Mean Girls star, 27, admitted she'd relapsed and had some wine shortly after completing her court-ordered stint in rehab in the summer of 2013.

Lohan — who has been to rehab six times now — at first denied she'd broken her sobriety when confronted about the issue by her life coach, A.J. Johnson, who said she'd gotten a tip from the star's mom, Dina Lohan. "I was not drinking," the Liz & Dick actress insisted. "And this is something I don't feel comfortable discussing on camera."

A week or so later, she had a change of heart and confessed. "Being in recovery and leaving a place where you're in this little bubble and everything is safe around you, it's really hard. I jumped right into a relationship where we weren't on the same page," she explained. "I wasn't considering the fact that the person I was seeing does drink, and I had a glass of wine."

"I just had so much guilt," she added. "It took me a bit to, like, finally just be, like, 'Why am I holding this in? Yeah. F–k it. I screwed up. I screwed up, and that's okay, but now what can I do so that it doesn't happen again?' That's part of the process."

Talking to Johnson is part of the process, too, but Lohan shut down when the coach tried to talk to her about her relapse. Frustrated by the actress "blowing her off," Johnson quit.

Afterward, Lohan told the cameras she was grateful for Johnson's presence in her life but admitted she felt "disrespected" by the coach. "She was a friend to me when I didn't really have any new friends in New York at the time, and she was a guiding light, in a sense, and something that I found trust and solace in. And I felt like she maybe disrespected me by asking me certain things on camera that were a bit personal," the actress said.

"Yes, of course it's jarring when you've relapsed and you're trying to stay sober," she continued, tearing up. "That's a scary thing."
