One for the photo albums and the record books! Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's star power is off the charts—and now they have the Instagram record to prove it. Two days after the reality star, 33, took to the site to share pictures from the couple's lavish, star-studded wedding, one of those shots became the most-liked post in the platform's history, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The gorgeous snap—of the bride and groom sharing a kiss at the altar with a giant wall of flowers as their backdrop—has earned more than 1.95 million "likes" since Kardashian first posted it on May 27. And the number is still growing.
The previous record was held by fellow superstar Justin Bieber, whose photo of himself being hugged from behind by ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez earned 1.82 million "likes." (The pic was posted in January, more than a year after the couple ended their two-year relationship.)
Kardashian's social media activity this week made headlines for another reason, too. Following her European nuptials, the famed newlywed changed her Twitter and Instagram display names from "Kim Kardashian" to "Kim Kardashian West."
The bride and her new husband, 36, are currently in Prague for the wedding of West's stylist. Prior to arriving there on Thursday, May 30, they enjoyed a short honeymoon in Ireland, where they were photographed hitting up a couple of local movie theaters.
