Smashing bikini bod! These may be tough times for Katharine McPhee, but she wasted no time bouncing back—looking incredible in a bathing suit on Saturday, May 31.
The singer/actress, 30, traveled to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where she relaxed and soaked in the sun while displaying her toned and fit body. McPhee rocked a copper-colored bikini, which she wore with Clubmaster sunglasses.
The vacation comes less than a month after McPhee filed for divorce from her husband of almost six years, Nick Cokas.
"After six years of marriage, and having been separated for the past year, Katharine McPhee has filed for a dissolution of marriage from Nick Cokas," her rep told Us in a statement. "The two have an amicable relationship and will remain friends. They ask that people respect their privacy during this time."
Seven months prior to the divorce, in October of last year, the American Idol runner-up was caught kissing Michael Morris, the director of her cancelled NBC musical drama Smash.
Though she was separated from Cokas, 49, at the time, the couple was still legally married and hadn't gone public with their split. Morris was married to actress Mary McCormack, with whom he shares three daughters.
