Jennifer Lawrence was eager for a laugh on The Tonight Show on Thursday, May 15—and she certainly got one when she arrived on the set sporting some bizarre blonde facial hair!

The X-Men: Days of Future Past actress took host Jimmy Fallon by surprise when she made her appearance, looking elegant in a Victoria Beckham dress and Jimmy Choo shoes, and accessorizing with a fake beard!
The lively actress went on to regale the audience with a story of how host Fallon had made her look a fool in front of Jennifer Lopez at a recent charity event.
“You came up with this idea. We’ll do a spin and then she will dance with us,” Lawrence shared, admitting she wasn’t quite sober at the time. “I do it, then I look at him and he’s gone and she’s just looking at me. You made me look like a freak in front of J.Lo!”
But it was the Oscar-winning actress’ participation in Fallon’s “Box of Lies” game that really had the audience—and the talk show host—in stitches.
The aim of the game was to take out a drawer and then lie—or not—about its contents. The winner was the person best at guessing whether their opponent was telling the truth.
Going first, Lawrence pulled open a box. “Inside my box,” she began, “is a very curious thing. It’s not the first time I’ve said that,” she added, cheekily.
A shocked Fallon was reduced to uncharacteristic silence. “Oh I’m just kidding!” Lawrence replied. “God!”
