We always knew Fergie was a lucky lady, so this is just the icing on the cake. Literally.
The pop star celebrated her 39th birthday with one of the best looking baked goods the world has ever seen. The confection, bestowed upon the new mom by a few of her closest friends, featured a shirtless Josh Duhamel from his 2004 rom-com, "Win a Date With Tad Hamilton."
In the snapshot, Fergie's better half poses in low-slung jeans, a giant watch, and a pretty serious necklace… but all we see are sweet, sweet pecs. The pic is surrounded by fondant roses and the message, "Happy Birthday Fergie," but… did we mention Josh's come-hither stare? And the fact that he has no shirt on? (We think we did, but it bares repeating.)
The delicious surprise was a hit with "Glamorous" singer, who took to Twitter to share her excitement.
It's probably worth mentioning that Fergie started her celebration by hitting the gym with Josh by her side, which means she was probably even more ready to dig into that cake. But even though her hunky husband may not have been the mastermind behind the brilliant dessert, he got in on the birthday action too. The 41-year-old heartthrob posted an adorable pic of himself holding their son Axl in front of a sign that reads "HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOMMY!!!" and later turned that into yet another delicious cake.
The 7-month-old baby may look a bit confused as he stares into the camera, but with his golden hair and bright eyes, it certainly seems he's inherited his father's good looks.
We can't decide which dessert is better because they are both beyond fabulous, but either way, Fergie's first birthday as a mom has given a whole new meaning to the term eye candy — and that's a gift for us all.
