Stephen Baldwin was arrested in New York City on May 2 for driving with a suspended license

Stephen Baldwin found himself in a bit of trouble on Friday, May 2, when he was arrested in New York City for driving with a suspended license, Us Weekly confirms.

Police sources told TMZ that the actor, 47—the youngest of the famed Baldwin brothers—was stopped just before 7 a.m. in Sugar Hill, a district in Manhattan's Harlem neighborhood. He reportedly had an expired Texas registration and a suspended license.

This is not the Usual Suspects star's first run-in with the law. He was arrested back in August 2012—also for driving without a valid license—after cops pulled him over for making an illegal U-turn in Harlem.

A few months after that incident, Baldwin was arrested and charged with failing to file taxes from 2008 to 2010. He pleaded guilty in March 2013 and was ordered to pay $300,000 in back taxes.
