George Lopez was reportedly arrested for public intoxication after passing out on a casino floor in Canada

George Lopez had a little too much fun at the Caesars Windsor Hotel and Casino in Canada this week. The comedian, 52, was arrested there for public intoxication on Thursday, Feb. 27, TMZ reports.

According to the site, Lopez passed out on the casino floor. Law-enforcement sources told the site that Caesars security alerted police to the situation, at which point officers arrested the star inside the casino bar.

Fortunately for Lopez, no charges are being filed. According to TMZ, he was in custody to sober up and has since been released.

The incident occurred shortly after the Lopez Tonight star's performance at the casino on Thursday. He's also scheduled to perform a show on Friday, Feb. 28, which TMZ says will go ahead as planned.
