Cute camper alert! Mom-to-be Rachel Bilson went glamping this past weekend with boyfriend Hayden Christensen, in Ventura, Calif. to celebrate her 33rd birthday (Monday, Aug. 25).
For the excursion, the pregnant Hart of Dixie actress stepped out in a sleeveless white shirt tucked into her distressed and faded Current/Elliott “The Ranch Hand” overalls. Bilson topped off her outfit with a “C” monogrammed baseball cap, a leather Alexander Wang purse, and neon sneakers. Toting a plastic bag filled with sweet drinks like Coca-Cola and Mountain Dew, Bilson was trailed by her doting beau, also 33.
On Bilson’s actual birthday, the future parents took a romantic stroll together in Ventura. The OC alum went without makeup and wore a flowy white dress with embroidery, Birkenstocks and an oversized cardigan. Daddy-to-be Christensen also looked casual in sweatpants, a hoodie and a T-shirt.
Us Weekly exclusively broke the news back in May that the couple of seven years are expecting their first child. “They’ve both talked about this for awhile and are so excited,” a source told Us at the time.
After their big reveal, Bilson and Christensen took a month-long babymoon in Barbados. She returned to the Hart of Dixie set in L.A., after their romantic getaway to resume filming for season four which has been cut down to 10 episodes due to her pregnancy.
Bilson’s costars have been supporting their lead — both on and off the set. Jaime King told Us Weekly in May that she thinks Bilson will make a wonderful parent.
“Her best friend has a kid and she has a lot of friends with children, so I’m just there to support her however I can and honor and respect her processes,” the mother of one told Us. “She loves James, she’s always bringing him toys. Just seeing her with my son, I know she’s going to be the best mother.”
