The family was bundled up on the breezy Big Apple day, though Beyonce, 32 wore a skirt and kept her legs bare. The Grammy winner went without makeup while on the family outing, and looked fresh-faced in a large blue coat and wearing socks with her heels.
Jay Z, 44, held the couple’s young daughter, who was shielded from photographers with a hat and blanket and planted an adorable, candid kiss on the little girl’s cheek.
More often than not, music’s most famous current clan is on the move. After Beyonce wrapped up the North American leg of her Mrs. Carter World Tour in Brooklyn on Dec. 22, the brood packed up and traveled to Miami to celebrate the holidays and ring in the New Year in style.
Blue Ivy celebrated her 2nd birthday in Miami, where her famous parents rented out Jungle Island, a wildlife park and botanical garden, on Jan. 7.
Then they visited New Orleans where the “Partition” singer threw her mother, Tina Knowles, a 60th birthday bash with sister Solange Knowles on Jan. 11.
Then on Saturday, Jan. 18, Beyonce performed at the White House for First Lady Michelle Obama‘s 50th birthday and Blue Ivy accompanied her mom, making friends with the Obamas’ dog Sunny. Meanwhile Jay Z performed in Boston for his Magna Carta World Tour.
“They’re such fun and attentive parents and pretty normal people considering how famous they are,” an eyewitness in Miami told Us Weekly.
