Lively, who welcomed baby James in December 2014, added even more sparkle with ear climbers and a chocolate diamond wraparound ring party, all by Lorraine Schwartz.
The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants actress also boasted some fabulous arm candy in the form of her husband, Ryan Reynolds. The Deadpool actor, 39, looked especially handsome in a navy-blue three-piece suit, teamed with a burgundy tie and lace-up shoes.
But the true standout of Lively’s ensemble? Her glittering golden heels, courtesy of her favorite shoe designer, Christian Louboutin.

Lively and Reynolds are on a roll! After taking more than a year off from joint red carpet appearances, the Gossip Girl alum and her hubby shared their second date-night of the week, following up a special screening of the latest Marvel flick, Deadpool, this past Monday.
Karlie Kloss, Jay Z, Leonardo DiCaprio, Diane Kruger, Uma Thurman and many more stars joined Lively and Reynolds at the event, which helps to raise money in the fight against AIDS.
