Jamie Foxx has an interesting idea of who should play him in a movie. The 46-year-old told sbe's The Collection blog that "Leonardo DiCaprio. #DeepTan" would be his choice. The two teamed up in 2012's Django Unchained.
In the interview, Foxx reflected back on his younger self and revealed what advice he'd give the Jamie of 1991. "I would tell myself to never doubt my talents, stay even more humble, and never trust a big butt and a smile," the "Blame It" singer quipped.
The Oscar winner also answered a question about which of his characters he'd want to play on Broadway: supervillain Electro (from The Amazing Spider-Man 2) or bounty hunter Django (from Django Unchained). His answer? A combination of both.
"Electrigo," he quipped, mashing the characters' names together. "The E is silent."
Foxx will next star in the remake of the Broadway musical Annie, costarring Quvenzhane Wallis in the title role. He also recently voiced a character in Rio 2.
