Just do it! That was the message Zac Efron gave his audience after a hilarious game of Heads Up! during The Ellen DeGeneres Show, which will air later today, Wednesday, January 20.
The reason for his message? The movie hunk came to a grinding halt halfway through the fast-paced game when faced with the instruction to twerk — and looking back on the situation, he wished he hadn’t!
During the game, DeGeneres showed Efron a range of behaviors (all bad, in keeping with his new movie, Dirty Grandpa) that the actor had to perform in order for the host to figure out the answer.
First up was “lap dance.” Turned out Efron was pretty good, and DeGeneres guessed right away.
But when it came to twerking, the former High School Musical hunk stalled. In the end, he delivered a pretty flawless twerk, but he berated himself afterward for not being bolder.
“I knew what twerking was, I should have just gone for it,” he said to himself as he discussed the game with DeGeneres. “Whenever anyone tells you to twerk, just do it!”
