Say yes to the dress! With her wedding to fiance Jionni LaValle and the birth of the couple's second child mere months away, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is in full-on planning mode. One of the items on her to-do list? Picking out a wedding dress!
On Thursday, May 29, the pregnant Jersey Shore alum, 26, took to her blog to share a photo of herself trying on gowns for her big day. The picture shows the reformed party girl in a vintage-y lace number with a low back and strings of pearls draped across her shoulder blades.
"This is NOT [the] dress, but something like it," the second-time mom-to-be wrote under the selfie. "How gorgeous is this dress? I loved it but needed more of an UMPH. I'm too short for an elegant mermaid dress, but I loved how vintage and classy this was. Can't wait for the big day to show you all the dress I did pick out!!! Xoxoxo"
As previously reported, the Snooki & JWoww star plans to say "I do" to her fiance of two years this fall—around the time she's expecting her second child, a baby girl. (She and LaValle, 26, are already parents to son Lorenzo, 20 months.)
"I can clarify that our wedding is still on, and we are madly in love with each other," she gushed to Us Weekly back in April, when she first revealed her second pregnancy. "We've waited long enough and cannot wait." She added later in a blog post: "Jionni and I are VERY happy together. He's my best friend and I'm his…The wedding is still on as scheduled and it will take an apocalypse to change that."
