Ashton Kutcher's fiancee, 30, looked statuesque as she posed for photographers with one hand on her hip, and toned legs crossed in front of each other. The Ukrainian-born beauty left her brunette tresses down in a sleek simple hairstyle, and accentuated her eyes with a smoky eye. Though her baby bump was largely concealed by the loose-fitting bodice of her dress, Kunis beamed in pictures with her castmates, Maria Bello and Moran Atias.

Earlier Monday, Kunis attended a panel for Third Person in Beverly Hills, where she spoke in-depth with reporters about her role as Julia, a young mom wrongfully charged with attempting to kill her son. "I looked at this film like an end to my 20s," Kunis said. "So it was like a massive therapy session for myself. It was really selfishly incredibly gratifying. I don't know how to explain it. I loved doing this movie because I actually felt like I was doing something that I loved again."

"When I read Paul's extraordinary script… it was all about love," Kunis' costar Bello said. "What moved me and pained me the worst," Bello confessed, "was the idea of parental love and how that works with all the other relationships in our lives." Kunis' character, Bello explained, valued this parental love the most. "I think anybody who has their own child can understand that and the loss of that and the pain of that," Bello added, before turning to Kunis and saying: "And what you're going to experience very soon my darling." Kunis smiled and laughed in response.

Kunis, for her part, said the script was a welcome relief because it wasn't just another "girl next door character." Throughout her twenties, the That '70s Show alum starred in movies like Ted and Friends with Benefits, where she played the pretty and cool love interest opposite Mark Wahlberg and Justin Timberlake's characters.

She mused: "Everybody has mistakes that they have in life. It's just relative to who you are and how they impact you. It wasn't hard for me to figure out a way to get to a place where I understood the character and understood her emotional roller coaster ride. I may have not had a child that I have lost but it doesn't take away from the experiences that I did have in my life that were equivalent to that emotional depth."
