Don't Belieb it! Kaley Cuoco, the September 2014 cover star of Women's Health, chopped off her hair several days before her photo shoot for the fitness mag back in June. Although she was excited to get a pixie cut, the Big Bang Theory actress admitted that it sparked one big concern.
"I was swishing my hair to the left so much, I was like, 'Do I look like Justin Bieber?!'" the 28-year-old recalled to the mag. (Bieber, 20, in his initial stages of superstardom, was not only beloved for his smash hits, but also for his coveted shaggy tresses.)
While Cuoco's new look initially resulted in some panicked feelings, the actress said she really liked her hairstyle. "I feel liberated," she told Women's Health. "It's like I needed to find myself again."
The actress cut off 10 inches in total. "It's the best decision I've ever made," Cuoco later told Us Weekly, while revealing that the cut was inspired by a Dawson's Creek alum. "I wanted it to be my own, but my inspiration was Michelle Williams in her Louis Vuitton campaign," Cuoco told Us. "I loved that haircut so much."
The actress, who got married to tennis pro Ryan Sweeting on New Year's Eve, also addressed another physical transformation potentially on the horizon: pregnancy. "I can't wait, he can't wait," she said of parenthood. "I feel like I'm meant to be a mom."
