James Kottak was arrested in Dubai.

Uh-oh! The drummer for the Scorpions, James Kottak, has been arrested in Dubai.

Kottak, 51, was detained at Dubai International Airport, according to members of the local media. He is being accused of offensive behavior after he allegedly arrived at the airport intoxicated following an April 3 flight from Moscow.

Kottak last tweeted from his personal Twitter account on April 3. Though he is usually very active on social media, often tweeting multiple times per day, Kottak's last message weeks ago referenced being in "freezing Russia."

The accusations against the musician include that he held up his middle finger and made objectionable comments about Muslims, including one report that he shouted at locals, calling them "non-educated Muslims."

The Scorpions, who are best known for their '80s and '90s hits "Wind of Change" and "Rock You Like a Hurricane," addressed the incident on the band's official Facebook page.

"Dear fans," the statement began, "When James Kottak arrived in Dubai [on] April 3, he ran into problems at immigrations and got busted. Whatever happened is totally out of our control and we don’t know any details about it at this point. For the concerts in Germany, Johan Franzon, a Swedish drummer, will take James' seat. Please understand, we [will] keep you posted."

Kottak has reportedly been sentenced to one month in jail for the offenses.
