Leave it to Ashley Greene to rock a red carpet hairstyle that's perfect for summer—and a cinch to copy.
The brunette beauty, 27, rocked a sleek lob with an Akris dress and Jennifer Fisher rings for the Wish I Was Here premiere in West Hollywood on June 23.
"For her hairstyles, we always talk about the look we want to go for. We'll look at the dress and think of what the dress needs, what the dress wants, and what we can get away with," celeb hairstylist Richard Collins, who regularly works with Greene, tells Us Weekly. "We decided to go for a straight look tonight, which looks amazing with the dress."
Collins started by massaging Leonor Greyl Mousse au Lotus Volumatrice into Greene's wet hair. "Make sure not to drench the hair in mousse," he tells Us. "When it comes to product, less is more."
After blow-drying her hair, he went back through with a flat iron. "Next, I took Leonor Greyl Eclat Naturel, massaged it into my hands, and using my palms, smoothed the product on the top of her hair and along the bang area," he says.
To finish, he sprayed Laque Souple on a toothbrush and used the tool to smooth any flyaways. "The look is very simple and sleek, which works really well with the dress," Collins tells Us. "It's something different."
