Kryptic KoKo, part 89. Khloé Kardashian shared another vague Instagram post on Sunday, March 13, but partially explained why she was posting the message in her long accompanying caption.

The quote first posted by the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 31, read: "Sometimes we have to stop being so giving to others because in the process we end up destroying the part of us that needs to be giving to ourselves." She then elaborated about the dangers of giving too much to others.

"I find that people may be practicing self care on so many levels but abandon themselves emotionally," Kardashian wrote. "So many search for others to make them feel whole. Try to stop searching for your missing pieces in other people or material things. Self-love or personal happiness should never be contingent on success because there are always failures to contend with no matter what level."

She continued: "Self-love is dynamic and runs deep. When we act in ways that expand our self-love, we begin to expand our minds. We start to notice the parts we once abandoned. We will find dimensions of our soul that needs attention too. We begin to know exactly what we deserve and we shouldn't settle for anything less. Don't apologize for your past for it made you who you are today. Make your past fuel your future and the way you choose to live. Be in the now!"

The reality star, who may have been borrowing someone else's quotes, concluded her remarks by sharing the results of radical self-love. "When your intent is to love yourself rather than abandon yourself, you start being able to feel compassion for your past choices. You will start to be proud of the progress you've made in life," she noted. "Instead of letting your past control your present let it fuel your daily evolution to greatness. Don't look at your past as a mistake. Look at how far you've grown and be grateful. You will finally begin to grow and elevate to a better you. You define your worth! Don't ever give anyone else that much power over your self. Less judgement- more dynamic unbiased self love."

Unable to snooze after her letter, Kardashian followed up with one final tweet on Sunday night.

Self-love, in many ways, has been a process for Kardashian, who opened up about embracing herself in detail in her 2015 book, Strong Looks Better Naked. The Kocktails With Khloé host, who recently split from boyfriend James Harden, cited numerous examples from her complex relationship history with her estranged husband, Lamar Odom.

In a follow-up interview with Howard Stern in January, Kardashian detailed Odom's "disgusting" cheating habits during their four-year marriage from 2009 to 2013. "Lamar was so great at making me feel like I was the only one and I was this princess, so I never speculated about his cheating," she told the SiriusXM radio show host. "Oh, it's disgusting! All of these rumors were coming out in the weeklies … and I was like, 'Where there's smoke, there's fire.' Something has to be right here."

Eventually, she accepted his mistakes and moved on. "For me, I wouldn't change what I did, because it was some of the best times in my life," she told Stern. "I needed that experience for me … The love I received was the love I needed to have at that time … I don't think I'd do it again, but I don't regret doing it."

The two remain good friends.
