Loyal and careful! Kyle Richards refused to be drawn into any mudslinging during her appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Tuesday, April 5 — but she did admit her castmate Lisa Rinna had a loose tongue.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star appeared on the show after a dramatic episode of her reality TV show, where she refused to throw shade at her friend Lisa Vanderpump about the whole Munchausen drama (Rinna thinks Vanderpump tried to land Richards in it by linking her name to the situation).
But continuing to take the high road, Richards, 47, wouldn't be drawn by either show host Cohen or a couple of call-in guests, whose questioning tried to get her to criticize her costars.
"I just want to put it all behind me," she told Cohen of the incident (in which she told Vanderpump she kept putting her in the position of "looking like a f–king abused wife"). "Lisa and I are great, which is why I didn’t want to 'rock the yacht' in Dubai," she added. “When Lisa Rinna brought it up, I said, ‘I’ve already dealt with this and we talked about this and it’s over. I don’t want to be brought into this. If you have an issue with it, that’s your thing. I have moved on. Lisa and I are in a good place and I want to stay there.'”
When a caller asked if she thought Rinna and Eileen Davidson were bullying Vanderpump, Richards was clear.
"I think that bullying is a strong word," she said carefully. "I don't think it should really be used in a Housewives forum. However, they had an issue with Lisa and they felt they had to discuss it and that's what we do on the show, so I'm sure Lisa felt like that, but i think that they were just expressing their opinions, but I chose not to be a part of it," she added.
“Why does Rinna always have to bring up Yolanda Foster and Munchausen?” another caller asked.
"I think like she says, her lips were made for talking and that's just what she'll do,” Richards replied. “She talks too much and she likes to talk about other people's lives rather than her own," she concluded.
