Fourth of July Adult Sno Cone, Created by Celebrity Event Planner and Entertainment Expert Jung Lee

Serves 1

1 cup Clos du Bois Rouge

1 cup sugar

Shaved ice

Make Clos du Bois Rouge Syrup by mixing the wine and sugar in a small saucepan. Heat until the sugar has dissolved. Cool the syrup completely before pouring over the shaved ice.

4th of July Cocktails
Sip on this July 4th themed spiked iced tea to celebrate Independence Day 2014.

Red, White & Bourbon, Created by Chef Lee Anne Wong

Serves 2

1/4 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed and strained

1/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed and strained

1/2 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed and strained

4 parts Maker’s Mark Bourbon

1 part Crown Maple Syrup

4 mint leaves, plus more for garnish

Assorted berries: raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries

Splash club soda

Combine the juices, Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Crown Maple Syrup, and mint leaves in a large shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into 2 tall glasses over ice and add a splash of soda. Cut berries and mint leaves for garnish. Serve immediately.

4th of July Coctails
Sip on this July 4th themed cocktail to celebrate Independence Day 2014.

Mr. American Berry, Created by Moses Laboy, Le Colonial NYC

Serves 1

1 1/2 parts Maker’s 46

1/2 part fresh lemon juice

1 1/2 part fresh steamed black raspberry juice*

Touch of sugar

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice; strain into a short rocks glass over ice and garnish with a blackberry.

*If you don’t have a juice steamer on hand, try this modification from Laboy:

Steamed Blackberry Juice Modification

1/2 quart fresh blackberries

1/2 quart fresh raspberries

3 oz. fresh lime juice

5 oz. simple syrup

5 oz. water

Combine all ingredients in a blender and strain through a cheesecloth to yield juice.
