Prepare to spend even more time on the couch! E! is launching four new unscripted series, including one centered on the lives of Cosmopolitan magazine’s young staffers, the network announced on Wednesday, May 4.
The shows include WAGS spinoff WAGS: Miami, starring athletes’ wives and girlfriends in South Florida: Cosmo Life, focusing on the professional and personal lives of employees at the venerable women’s publication; The Abbey Diaries, about the bartenders and staff dealing with high-profile clientele at iconic West Hollywood gay bar the Abbey; and Famously Married, featuring young women and their rich, older husbands in Los Angeles.
“E! is known for buzzy unscripted programming, and these four new series will continue to boost our lineup with content that reflects and drives pop culture today,” E! exec Jeff Olde said in a statement.
“On the heels of a strong first quarter, we will continue to build momentum by delivering more of the stories our audience loves, anchored by larger than life personalities, in over-the-top worlds,” Olde continues.
Premiere dates for the new series have not yet been announced.
