Is it the end of an era? Victoria Beckham thinks so. At the Vogue 100: A Century of Style exhibition in London on May 5, the designer hinted that her time as a magazine cover star may be coming to a close. 'When I hear another Vogue cover has come up, I always say, 'This is the last one, because I'm a bit of an old bag now,'” she told The Sun. “Surely this is the last one? I'm 42, I've got four kids.’”
If Beckham’s hanging up her hat, she’s leaving off on a high note. The mom of Brooklyn, Harper, Romeo and Cruz with husband David Beckham teased a few striking takes from her May 2016 Vogue China cover story last month. One of her reps later told the Daily Mail that she was “clearly joking” about retiring from her status as a cover star, and guaranteed that "plenty of cover shoots under discussion for the future, Vogue and otherwise."
Similarly, in February, Posh also proclaimed that she’d be trading in her high heels for trainers. “I travel a lot,” she explained to The Telegraph. “Clothes have to be simple and comfortable.” But the former Spice Girl eventually caved in … and even drove a golf cart with her stilettos on!
