1. Get Physical

A swimsuit shouldn’t just look good on you — it should support you, too! “Shimmy to the left, shimmy to the right, and if nip doesn’t pop out, you’re good to go,” Graham says.

2. Ignore the Terrible Changing Room Lighting

Changing room lighting is notoriously awful, as Graham points out. So what’s a girl to do? Ignore it altogether. “Imagine that you’re under the sun bathing,” the model shares.

3. Be Prepared

The model, who just starred in the DNCE music video for “Toothbrush” opposite Joe Jonas, insists that when buying a swimsuit online, you need to order a variety of sizes. That way, you’re sure to get a suit that fits you.

4. Bring a Friend

And have that friend take a photo of you in the suit. “You may know your best angles, but they sure don’t!” Graham notes. That way, you can make sure the suit is flattering you the way you want it to.

5. Choose What Makes You Comfortable

Last but not least, Graham says to ignore the size on the tag and just pick the suit you feel happiest wearing. “I like to go down a size, [but] I hear you’re supposed to go up a size,” she shared. “But, honey, I like it tight.” Do you, girl!
